Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If this period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for a Return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Partial Refund Conditions:

  • The product is returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not related to our mistake.
  • The return is made more than 14 days after delivery.

No Refund Conditions:

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer, and the package has not been returned to our warehouse. If the package is returned to us, we can either resend the order or refund the purchase.

    After providing the necessary information, submit your request. A "Pending Confirmation" status will be assigned to your request in your account.

  5. Track the return:
    You can track the status of your request directly from your account. Once approved, you will receive further instructions (such as a return address or label).
